As part of the Erasmus+ KA220-SCH project Connected Minds, United Actions: Digital and Peer Collaboration for Inclusion and Sustainability (2025-1-RO01-KA220-SCH-000353700), partner schools successfully implemented ACT 5.4 – Green Together, an international awareness campaign focused on environmental sustainability and digital engagement.
The campaign brought together students and teachers from Romania, Türkiye, Portugal, Spain, Hungary, and Czechia in a collaborative effort to raise awareness about environmental responsibility and sustainable living. Through creative digital activities, participants worked side by side to produce awareness videos promoting recycling, sustainability, and positive environmental action.
During the campaign, students explored how everyday actions can contribute to protecting the environment and creating long-term positive change. Working collaboratively with their teachers, they developed digital awareness messages designed to inspire school communities and encourage environmentally responsible behavior. The videos highlighted topics such as recycling practices, reducing waste, protecting natural resources, and the importance of sustainable lifestyles.
More than just a digital activity, Green Together became an opportunity for intercultural cooperation and active participation. Students from different countries exchanged ideas, shared perspectives, and contributed creatively to a common goal, strengthening both environmental awareness and European collaboration. The campaign also supported the development of digital communication skills, teamwork, and civic engagement among participants.
Each video created within the campaign demonstrates how small individual actions can become part of a larger collective impact. By combining creativity, collaboration, and sustainability education, the project encourages young people to become active contributors to a greener and more responsible future.
ACT 5.4 reflects the core values of Connected Minds, United Actions by promoting sustainability, inclusion, digital transformation, and active participation across international school communities.
