Work Package 4 strengthens peer collaboration, student mentoring, and
inclusive learning. Through structured peer-led initiatives, we aim to reduce learning gaps, enhance teamwork, and foster
digital collaboration. Romania leads WP4, coordinating activities and impact assessment, while partners support peer learning, mentoring, and digital outputs to reduce learning gaps.
Activity 4.1 Diagnostic Test to Define Learning Gaps
180 students complete an assessment to identify learning gaps and guide peer tutoring strategies.
Activity 4.2 Peer Learning Online Seminar
An online seminar on peer mentoring for students and teachers, with recorded and subtitled materials shared for wider access to support structured peer learning and strengthening mentoring skills.
Activity 4.3 Voluntary Peer Tutoring Initiative
Student mentors support peers through structured tutoring sessions, supervised by teachers.This involves student mentors supporting peers through structured tutoring, with teacher supervision to improve learning outcomes.
Activity 4.4 Local Seminar for Parents
A community seminar for parents on supporting learning and inclusion at home.
Activity 4.5 International Peer Digital Competition
Peer mentors take part in a gamified digital competition to strengthen collaboration, digital skills, and critical thinking.
Activity 4.6 Digital Journal Peer Learning
Students and teachers co-create a digital journal documenting peer learning experiences and reflections, shared as a lasting resource.
Activity 4.7 LTT in Romania Amplifying Impact Sharing Project Outcomes Through Collaboration
Students and teachers share peer tutoring results and projects, strengthening international collaboration and mentoring practices.
