CONNECTED MINDS, UNITED ACTIONS

DIGITAL AND PEER COLLABORATION FOR INCLUSION AND SUSTAINABILITY

About the Project

Connected Minds, United Actions

Connected Minds, United Actions empowers secondary schools to become more inclusive, digital, and sustainable. The project brings students and teachers together through peer mentoring, innovative digital learning, and hands-on sustainability actions.

By strengthening teachers’ digital skills and encouraging student participation, the project helps reduce discrimination, close learning gaps, and promote equal opportunities. Students actively engage in real-life sustainability projects focused on food, biodiversity, and waste reduction, creating meaningful change in their school communities. With digital lesson plans, sustainability action plans, an E-Guide for teachers, podcasts, and awareness campaigns, Connected Minds, United Actions supports long-lasting educational transformation and greener, more connected schools across Europe.
