ACT 2.3 | United Voices Drawing Challenge

ACT 2.3 – United Voices Drawing Challenge Promotes Inclusion Through Creativity 🎨🌍

The Erasmus+ project Connected Minds, United Actions: Digital and Peer Collaboration for Inclusion and Sustainability (Project No: 2025-1-RO01-KA220-SCH-000353700) successfully carried out ACT 2.3 – United Voices Drawing Challenge, an international creative activity designed to promote inclusion, diversity, empathy, and intercultural understanding among students.

Students from partner schools in Romania, Türkiye, Portugal, Spain, Hungary, and Czechia participated in the activity by creating drawings and posters inspired by themes related to social inclusion and multicultural coexistence. Through art, participants explored important topics such as respect, equality, empathy, cooperation, and the value of living together in diverse communities.

Each artwork reflected the students’ personal perspectives and experiences while also conveying shared European values. The activity encouraged young people to express themselves creatively and communicate meaningful social messages through visual storytelling. By combining creativity with reflection, students demonstrated how art can become a powerful tool for dialogue, awareness, and connection between cultures.

The United Voices Drawing Challenge also created opportunities for intercultural exchange among partner schools. Students were able to see how their peers from different countries interpreted common themes of inclusion and diversity through different artistic styles, symbols, and ideas. Despite cultural differences, the artworks shared a common message: respect, understanding, and unity are essential for stronger and more inclusive communities.

Beyond artistic expression, the activity supported the development of creativity, communication skills, emotional awareness, and active participation. It also reinforced the project’s broader goals of promoting inclusion, equal opportunities, and positive social engagement within schools and local communities.

Through ACT 2.3, students demonstrated that creativity can help bring people together, strengthen empathy, and inspire positive social change across Europe.
