DIGITAL AND PEER COLLABORATION FOR INCLUSION AND SUSTAINABILITY

ACT 2.2 – Inclusive Classroom Strategies International Online Seminar Successfully Implemented 🌍

As part of the Erasmus+ KA220-SCH project Connected Minds, United Actions: Digital and Peer Collaboration for Inclusion and Sustainability, partners successfully carried out ACT 2.2 – Inclusive Classroom Strategies International Online Seminar in November 2025. The event marked an important milestone in supporting inclusive education and strengthening teachers’ professional competencies across partner schools.

The two-hour online seminar brought together 30 teachers from six European countries, including educators from both partner schools and local newcomer schools. The activity focused on providing practical, transferable, and student-centered strategies for creating more inclusive, equitable, and supportive classroom environments.

During the seminar, participants explored a variety of inclusive teaching approaches designed to address the diverse needs of students. Discussions covered methods for supporting diversity and equity in education, encouraging student participation, and building safe learning environments where all learners feel respected and valued. Teachers also exchanged experiences and practical examples from their own schools, promoting intercultural dialogue and peer learning among participants.

The seminar was hosted online via Google Meet and recorded in full compliance with GDPR regulations. To ensure accessibility and wider dissemination, the full recording was uploaded to YouTube with subtitles in all partner languages as well as English. The materials were also shared through the project’s digital dissemination platforms, allowing additional educators to benefit from the training resources beyond the direct participants.

The activity achieved highly positive outcomes. All 30 participating teachers successfully completed the seminar and received participation certificates. Feedback collected after the event demonstrated a high level of satisfaction, with 25 teachers rating the seminar as highly effective, scoring it 4.5 out of 5 or higher. Participants particularly appreciated the practical focus of the training and the opportunity to exchange inclusive education practices with colleagues from different countries.

ACT 2.2 directly supports the project’s wider goals of promoting inclusion, diversity, and equal opportunities in education. By strengthening teachers’ understanding of inclusive methodologies and providing accessible digital training resources, the project continues to contribute to the development of more inclusive and socially responsible school communities across Europe.
