CONNECTED MINDS, UNITED ACTIONS

DIGITAL AND PEER COLLABORATION FOR INCLUSION AND SUSTAINABILITY

Kick-Off Meeting

The Erasmus+ KA220-SCH project Connected Minds, United Actions: Digital and Peer Collaboration for Inclusion and Sustainability officially began with a successful online kick-off meeting held on 5 November 2025. The event brought together coordinators and partner teams from six participating countries: Romania, Türkiye, Hungary, Czechia, Spain, and Portugal.

The meeting marked the beginning of an international collaboration that will run from 2025 to 2028, focusing on strengthening inclusive education, digital transformation, sustainability awareness, and democratic participation in schools. Partners had the opportunity to introduce their institutions, establish communication channels, and discuss the overall structure and objectives of the project.

Throughout the meeting, participants reviewed the project’s key priorities and work packages in detail. Discussions focused on project management and reporting procedures, quality assurance measures, dissemination and visibility strategies, and the planning of international learning, teaching, and training activities (LTTs). Responsibilities and tasks were also distributed among partners to ensure effective cooperation throughout the project implementation period.

The project aims to create meaningful and lasting impact in partner schools by encouraging peer collaboration, student participation, digital learning, and environmentally responsible practices. Through a wide range of educational activities, workshops, campaigns, and mobilities, students and teachers will work together to build more inclusive, sustainable, and digitally connected school communities.

The kick-off meeting established a strong foundation for future collaboration and highlighted the shared commitment of all partners to achieving the project’s goals. The first international learning mobility will take place in Türkiye in February 2026, where students and teachers will come together for the project’s first face-to-face activities.
